Displayed prices exclude VAT; 10% is added at checkout. For card payments the card sales slip serves as the tax document, so no separate tax invoice is issued.
Yes. Billing is per event, so pick the plan that fits each event's size. Upgrades apply immediately.
Full refund within 7 days of payment as long as no event has been run. Once you've run an event, the payment is non-refundable.
When your charged hours run out, starting a new live session pauses briefly. Top up or upgrade and it resumes immediately.
