When your charged hours run out, starting a new live session pauses briefly. Top up or upgrade and it resumes immediately.

The operator laptop keeps the latest captions in an offline cache and reconnects automatically as soon as the line recovers. We recommend a backup LTE router.

Materials are kept for 90 days after the event, then deleted automatically. On the Enterprise plan, retention and deletion policies can be tailored to the event.

Yes. For talks in English or other languages, just select the presentation language in the operator console and it interprets the same way.
